Amberlee is the passionate force behind Solfit – a dedicated trainer with years of experience helping women take charge of their health. Specialising in women's wellness through hormone support, Amberlee focuses on strength, mobility, and long-term results.
A certified personal trainer and health coach, Amberlee is also trained under Dr. Stacy Sims, bringing expert knowledge in female-specific fitness. With a background in bootcamps, group fitness, and holistic coaching, she brings energy, empathy, and evidence-based strategies to every session.
As a busy mum of three boys, Amberlee understands the challenges women face in prioritising their health. Through Solfit’s container home gym, she’s on a mission to empower women to feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies—no matter their stage of life.

Amberlee’s Credentials & Experience: With over 15 years of experience in personal training and group fitness, Amberlee has become a trusted coach on the coast, specialising in strength training, functional fitness, and women’s health. She has successfully run numerous boot camps in the local community, helping women build confidence, strength, and resilience.

● Les Mills Program Credentials Specialising in group fitness classes such as Grit, Sprint, Functional Strength, Strength Development.
● Certified with Dr. Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0 Course, a highly respected certification focusing on fitness and nutrition strategies tailored for women in perimenopause and menopause.
