With a maximum of 6 participants per session, you’ll receive personal attention while working within a community of like-minded women, who want to train smarter and feel stronger. Private sessions are also available.

1-on-1 Personal Training: $60 (45 mins)
2 People (Shared PT Session): $70 (45 mins total)
